This week the WhatClinic Consumer team announced the winners of the 2017 Patient Service Award.
The WhatClinic Awards have been running since 2010 and reward each year the clinics who demonstrate a clear and measurable commitment to patient service.
With over 150,000 clinics listed on the website in more than 135 countries, WhatClinic relies on a proprietary algorithm to determine which clinics each year meet the criteria for winning.
This year, the WhatClinic Patient Service Awards are based on the ServiceScore™, a unique score per clinic which includes their contact rate, and a lot of other customer care metrics, such as reviews score, phone pick up rate, call rating and profile completeness, all gathered from the clinic’s interactions with WhatClinic users.
The clinics with the very best consistent ServiceScore™ over a full year will be able to qualify, and only the top 5% in each market and country will be eligible to win.
This year, less than 2% of all the clinics listed on the site won the Patient Service Award.
